Genevieve joined the law office of Jay H. Ginsburg, Esq. in October 2012. Genevieve attended DeSales University and graduated with her Dual Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Law and Society. Upon graduation from DeSales she immediately began her graduate school education at Widener Law School. She obtained her dual certification of Paralegal Studies with concentrations in Criminal Law and Litigation.Since joining the law firm in 2012 Genevieve has joined the Delaware Valley Adoption Counsel and has attended many seminars to learn more about adoption proceedings. Genevieve is committed to her work and follows through with all communication. Genevieve has taken on the responsibility of preparing Hospital discharge documents and assisting with the transfer of custody of newborns and children of all ages. Genevieve notarizes all the documents at the hospital and provides support to birth parents and adoptive parents through the adoption process. Genevieve advocates for adoption and acknowledges the special gift that biological parents provide to the adopting parents.

Genevieve has first-hand experience with attending and acting as a witness for the termination of the parental rights and finalization of adoption hearings.
